Talent Acquisitions Manager – Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC

CJ Schmitt serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager of Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC and the affiliated Companies of Dynamic Earth, Dynamic Traffic and Dynamic Survey.  He is responsible for overseeing the recruitment efforts and strategy across the Dynamic family of companies. 

CJ brings eight (8) years of experience to Dynamic, focused exclusively in the A/E industry.  Prior to joining Dynamic, he managed a team of Recruiters working with Engineering consulting firms across the country.
