Jeffrey Haberman serves as a Principal of Dynamic Engineering Consultants. Mr. Haberman has practical experience in the design, permitting and overall project management of residential, commercial and industrial development with both local and national clients.

Included within his areas of expertise is a wide variety of disciplines including site layout, stormwater management design, land subdivision, grading, earthwork, utility design, lighting/photometric studies, feasibility studies and roadway design, among others. He also has an extensive knowledge of various land development regulations with municipalities, counties, state and environmental agencies. Mr. Haberman believes that is important to have expeditious and informative responsiveness with his clients and ensures that his clients are aware of the regulatory process and risks associated with each step of the development project.

Mr. Haberman maintains a Professional Engineering License and a Professional Planner License in New Jersey and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University.
