Joseph Staigar is a Senior Principal of Dynamic Traffic with extensive experience in traffic engineering and transportation planning. Mr. Staigar also has a broad range of experience in environmental and site engineering design and analysis.

Joe is experienced in all facets of traffic and related engineering and analyses for all types of land uses. He regularly provides testimony before County and Municipal Land Use Boards, Municipal Councils and Superior Court as an expert witness. Joe maintains Professional Engineering licenses in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Mr. Staigar is also a licensed Professional Planner in the State of New Jersey. Joe Staigar is a graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology with Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering. Joe Staigar has also served as an adjunct professor at NJIT.
