Mr. Geonnotti serves as a Principal/Regional Manager of Pennsylvania with Dynamic Engineering and brings over fifteen (15) years of practical experience in the engineering and land development consulting field.  Mr. Geonnotti is a proven Team Leader and is currently the lead consultant for both national & local clients on a wide variety of commercial, residential, institutional and industrial land development projects.

Mr. Geonnotti maintains a Professional Engineering License in the State of Pennsylvania and is also a Pennsylvania DOT Certified Bridge Safety Inspector (CBSI).  Mr. Geonnotti’s agency experience covers Municipal Land Use Boards, County Conversation Districts, PADEP General & NPDES Permitting, Act 537 Planning, PennDOT HOP Permitting and a multitude of others.  He has Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Villanova University.
