Andrew Jafolla is a Principal at Dynamic Traffic.  Mr. Jafolla holds a license in Professional Engineering in New Jersey.

Andrew regularly manages complex projects from concept development and planning stages through the final design and approvals for private development and infrastructure improvements involving Traffic Signal Design, Roadway and Intersection Design, design of pedestrian facilities within the public right-of-way, and maintenance and protection of traffic. 

Andrew’s background is well-rounded with extensive experience in transportation planning which allows him to bridge the gap between concept development and final design providing cohesiveness between the various stages of a project.  He has prepared and managed Traffic Impact Studies, Alternatives Analysis, Parking Studies, Corridor Analyses related to future capital improvement projects as well as for the use at public hearings related to land development.  Andrew has appeared in various forums such as public information centers and at public meetings to discuss and present various projects. He has testified throughout New Jersey representing a wide range of clients.
