Brett W. Skapinetz serves as a Director of Dynamic Engineering Consultants PC and assists with management and operation of the Chester, NJ, Newark, NJ, Newtown, PA, and Bethlehem, PA offices. Brett is also is very active in marketing the services of Dynamic Engineering Consultants and its affiliated companies.

Mr. Skapinetz has over 26 years of experience in the land development consulting field.  His experience includes successful projects for national commercial tenants; retail, residential and Industrial developers; billboard companies; and renewable energy developers.  He maintains Professional Engineering licenses in NJ, PA, and CT and a Professional Planner license in the State of New Jersey. He has qualified to testify before at least 200 planning/zoning boards and court mandated cases. Mr. Skapinetz is a member of NAIOP, ICSC and ASCE. Mr. Skapinetz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University College of Engineering ’94 where he also lettered in baseball.
