Principal – Dynamic Traffic, LLC

Mr. Chase is a Principal at Dynamic Traffic, LLC and has extensive experience in traffic engineering, transportation planning, civil design and expert testimony provided for a broad range of national, regional and local clients.

Corey has over 20 years of experience in private and public traffic engineering, inclusive of roadway design projects, transportation planning, traffic signals, and intersection design. Included within his private sector experience is the preparation of traffic impact/parking studies, access and highway occupancy permitting, traffic signal and intersection design and site access and circulation design for numerous private, retail, office, residential, institutional, and industrial/warehouse developments. He has comprehensive knowledge of the various State, County and local regulations and permitting requirements necessary to provide clients with a successful project.

Mr. Chase holds licenses in Professional Engineering in New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Connecticut and Massachusetts. Corey earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
