Kevin Savage serves as a Principal with Dynamic Traffic, with extensive experience in traffic engineering, transportation planning and design.

Mr. Savage is responsible for the preparation of traffic signal, intersection and roadway improvement plans, traffic impact studies, parking studies and Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP) applications. Kevin also regularly provides traffic and parking testimony before land use boards as an expert in traffic engineering.

Mr. Savage holds a Professional Engineering License in the States of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware and Maryland. Kevin also holds a certification as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University and his Master of Science degree in Transportation Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
