Mr. Schwartz is a Senior Principal of Dynamic Engineering Consultants, PC based out of the Chester, NJ office. With over 20 years of practical experience in the engineering and land development consulting industry, Steve maintains a NJ Professional Engineering license and is a Certified Municipal Engineer in the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Schwartz’s primary focus is industrial, commercial and multi-family residential development within New Jersey. His organization, attention to detail, and extensive technical and regulatory expertise allow him to lead multiple projects simultaneously with great success. Steve’s areas of expertise are site design, stormwater management & utility design, soil erosion & sediment control (SWPPPs), project management and land development permitting including State sanitary sewer & water main extensions, flood hazard areas and freshwater wetlands.

Mr. Schwartz served honorably in the United States Navy, and earned separate Bachelor of Science Degrees in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University and Applied Physics from Stockton University.
