Tiago Duarte, PE serves as Principal of Dynamic Engineering Consultants and as Branch Manager of the Newark, New Jersey office, applying over 10 years of industry experience in land development consulting and project management. Mr. Duarte’s primary focus is large and small scale commercial, residential and industrial developments. With strong regulatory expertise and a creative mindset, Mr. Duarte assists clients reach their redevelopment goals while fostering relationships with both national and local clients.

Mr. Duarte maintains a Professional Engineering license in the State of New Jersey, Connecticut, and Colorado.  He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University. He has also offered expert testimony in numerous jurisdictions before Planning and Zoning Boards/Commissions and related entities in New Jersey and New York.
