Mark A. Whitaker, P.E.

Mr. Whitaker is a Director of Dynamic Engineering Consultants with over 30 years of experience in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Mr. Whitaker’s experience in the land development field extends throughout the United States and his responsibilities include the overall project management, design and permitting of all aspects of retail, commercial, industrial, and residential development.

Mr. Whitaker is a proven Team Leader. He is currently the lead consultant for several national clients from due diligence through construction. He has extensive experience in the convenience store/fueling station, automobile dealership, fast food restaurant, shopping center and bank industries.

Mr. Whitaker maintains a Professional Engineering license in several States and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont.
