Dynamic is in the process of providing full land development consulting services to design and permit a 413,888 SF Cross Dock Warehouse located on 40.59 Acres. The civil design is complex due to the entire property being impacted by a 100 YR Floodplain. The subsurface conditions are not ideal for standard foundation construction due to the close proximity to the Passaic River and therefore, our Geotechnical Engineering department has recommended implementation of ground improvement. In addition, the property is historically documented as contaminated and our Environmental Department will be involved during the demolition and redevelopment of the property.
