CubeSmart Self-Storage is a 2-acre development consisting of a new four-story, 110,800 SF gross floor area self-storage facility. The facility integrates a covered loading area with associated overhead access doors and a leasing office. Additionally, the development provides 21 conventional parking spaces, landscaping and lighting.
Dynamic handled the civil design, as well as permitting for the project at Local, State and Federal levels. In an attempt to value engineer the site and maximize the overall yield of the development, Dynamic proposed modifications to the existing stormwater management facilities, meeting new Township and PADEP regulations set forth. In addition to Dynamic handling the civil design and permitting, Dynamic Survey platted the property and Dynamic Earth provided geotechnical services. Finally, during the construction phase, DECPC handled Construction Administration and DEP Critical Stage Inspection services for the project.

Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford Dallas is a 14 acre development. In addition to civil design & permitting, Dynamic platted the entire 21.35 acre parent tract of land as a part of this development. The Dealership facility has an 80,167 sf footprint but with second story offices is over 90,000 sf in total. The dealership has 1253 formal parking spaces with an additional 29 decorative concrete display pads throughout the site and 15 display stalls provided under the building’s canopy totaling 1,297 spaces. To maximize developable area of the site and increase parking counts, we designed and permitted an underground detention system in lieu of an above ground basin.
