Robert “RJ” Colucco serves as a Principal with Dynamic Engineering Consultants after originally joining the firm as an intern in 2014 upon his graduation from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil engineering. Mr. Colucco has extensive experience in civil engineering and land development consulting field, including the design and management of various commercial, residential and industrial projects with both national and local clientele.

Mr. Colucco prides himself on his prompt responsiveness and expertise in a variety of national and local disciplines including zoning and subdivision/land development ordinance review, entitlement review, site layout, stormwater management, flood hazard area, grading, utility design, among others. He will take lead on coordinating projects from start to finish with the entire development team to main overall project goals and schedule. He maintains a Professional Engineering license in the State of New Jersey and Maryland and has offered expert testimony in numerous jurisdictions before various Planning and Zoning Boards Commissions and related entities in New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia.
